Folders and teams

Organise QR codes in folders and share them with teammates (Advanced plan and up).

Folders

Drag QR codes onto a folder in the Folders view to group them. Rename or delete folders anytime — QR codes are not deleted with their folder.

Inviting team members

Dashboard → Team icon → Invite. Enter the email and role: editor (create, edit, delete) or viewer (read only). The invitee receives an email and sees a banner in their own dashboard to accept.

Sharing specific folders

Hover a folder and click Share. Pick which active team members see it. Unshared folders stay private.

Limits

Advanced plan: 3 team members. Professional: 10 members. Only the plan owner is billed.
