What is a dynamic QR code?

A dynamic QR code points to a short URL that we control. You can change the target URL anytime without reprinting the QR code. You also get full scan analytics (location, device, time).

What is the difference between dynamic and static QR codes?

Static QR codes encode the target URL directly and cannot be changed. Dynamic QR codes encode a short redirect URL so you can change the destination anytime and track every scan. All plans here use dynamic QR codes.

How many QR code types are supported?

26 types: URL, text, vCard, WiFi, email, SMS, phone, location, event, payment, PDF, image, video, audio, menu, coupon, app store and social.

Can I change the URL after printing the QR code?

Yes. Open the QR code in your dashboard, click the URL and enter a new one. The existing printed code will immediately point to the new destination.

What analytics do I get?

Total scans, unique scans, device type, operating system, browser, country, city, referrer and time of scan. Paid plans add CSV/Excel export and longer retention (up to 2 years).

Is there a free plan?

No permanent free plan. The entry plan (Dynamic QR Code) is $0.99/month for one dynamic QR code. You can cancel anytime.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Go to Dashboard → Plan → Change plan to cancel. Your QR codes stay active until the end of the current billing period.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Regional methods (SEPA, Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.) are shown at checkout depending on your country.

Is the data GDPR compliant?

Yes. We process scan data based on your consent as the QR code owner. Personal data such as IP addresses is truncated or pseudonymised. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Do QR codes expire?

QR codes stay active as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, codes move to a paused state and stop redirecting after the current period.

Yes, from the Advanced plan up. You can invite members as editor (can create and edit) or viewer (read only) and share specific folders.

Available from the Advanced plan. Point a webhook URL (e.g. Zapier or Make) at your QR code and we will send a POST request with scan data every time the code is scanned.

I scanned my QR code and nothing happened. What should I check?

1) Is the code still active (not paused or expired in the dashboard)? 2) Does the target URL actually open in a browser? 3) Try a different QR scanner app — built-in camera apps sometimes block short URLs. Contact support if the issue persists.
