By using Super QR Code Generator, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Super QR Code Generator provides a software-as-a-service platform to create, customize, track and manage QR codes, including dynamic redirects, analytics, landing pages, AI-generated QR designs and related features.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use paid features. You agree to: • Provide accurate information • Keep your password confidential • Be responsible for all activity on your account • Be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent) We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false information or suspicious activity.

3. Subscription and Payment

Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the selected amount to your payment method. • Prices are shown in USD excluding taxes • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled • No refunds for partial months • Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance • Failed payments may result in account suspension

4. Fair Use Policy

Paid plans include up to 5,000,000 scans per QR code per month. If you consistently exceed this limit, we will contact you to discuss an enterprise agreement. You may not use the service for: • Illegal content • Spam or phishing • Malware distribution • Harassment or hate speech • Adult content (unless clearly marked) • Copyright infringement We automatically screen every target URL against Google Web Risk at creation, update, and scan time. URLs identified as phishing, malware, or unwanted software are blocked from being saved and trigger a warning interstitial when scanned. 5. Cancellation, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. • No refunds for partial periods • Your QR codes remain accessible until the end of the paid period • After cancellation, QR codes are paused and data is retained for 90 days before deletion Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal after purchase. By expressly requesting immediate performance of the service at checkout and acknowledging the loss of the right of withdrawal upon full provision, you agree that the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the service has been fully performed, pursuant to Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. A record of your consent (version and timestamp) is stored with your account at the time of purchase.

6. Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload (logos, images, URLs, PDFs). By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and deliver it as part of the service. You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content. We are not responsible for the destinations your QR codes redirect to.

7. Intellectual Property

The Super QR Code Generator platform, including design, code, and trademarks, is our exclusive property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: • Indirect or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Service interruptions or downtime • Third-party actions or failures Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

10. Termination

We may terminate your account immediately if you: • Violate these terms • Engage in illegal activity • Fail to pay for 30 days • Misuse the platform You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of 7000.
